Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
- All tags, packaging, and jewelry boxes must be intact.
- Dresses must be free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, or pet hair.
- All accessories or parts originally included (e.g., belts, straps) must be returned together.
Non-Refunded Items
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn jewelry.

Any items marked “Final Sale” (including items discounted by 30% or more) cannot be refunded but can be exchanged.
FREE REPLACEMENT
We offer a free replacement in the following cases:
- Wrong size received
- Damaged product
- Manufacturing defect

Return Options & Fees

Store Credit: 100% value refunded as credit – no return fee. Store credit never expires and can be used anytime for anything on the website.

Exchange: 100% free – no fees at all! Select a new size during the return process.

Refund: $9.75 return fee deducted from your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Ship Your Item
Return your item using a trackable shipping service. (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item qualifies for a free replacement.)

Processing
- Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- Exchanges: Shipped within 3–5 business days after approval.
- Store Credit: Issued immediately after your return is dropped off with the carrier.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize your replacement or refund at no extra cost.
